TICKETS & BOOKINGS
Once payment has been received the ticket holder’s name will be held on the door of the venue and the named ticket holder along with the allocated number of guests will permit entry to the event. Please bring ID or the receipt of purchase showing the name of the ticket holder as proof of purchase. We can not guarantee any orders taken after less then 2 hours before the advertised start time of the event will be processed in time to allow entry.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (eg. a change of venue or date). If more than one act is advertised then you are not entitled to a refund if a headline act is changed. You are not entitled to a refund if you or members of your group can no longer attend an event or course. Tickets are purchased for you own personal use and may not be transferred or resold.
In the event of the cancellation or significant changes to the event due to circumstances beyond our control, Angel Comedy Club will only refund the face value of the ticket. Angel Comedy Club will use best endeavours to contact purchasers either by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of ordering) and advise how to request a refund, however, it is the purchasers responsibility to check for any notifications as we can not guarantee we will be able to inform you.
We reserve the right to refuse entry at anytime to if we believe you to be in breach of any UK laws, trading restrictions, legal orders, any terms of this agreement or if you exhibit any anti social behaviour towards staff, guests or performers.
Children (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please be aware that a bar and club is an adult environment. Due to licensing laws, children are not allowed in the bar.
