How Many Yogis is offering 60 minute all-level Introduction to Anahata Yoga Session.
The session will include breathing (Pranayama), physical (Asana) and relaxation exercises (Nidra), playing with the 5 Element Form.
No previous yoga experience required, we welcome all levels, shapes, sizes, genders, ages.
Suitable for comedians wanting to get out of their head, anyone who needs a break, from their office, their kids, from “the news” and is interested in a bit of positive energy and movement.
Please wear comfortable clothing; leggings or loose trousers and top with warm jumper / blanket to relax.
No lycra or spandex needed, just layers of clothes you can move in. Do bring your own mat if you have one, though there will be some spares.
You can reserve your place in advance for £10 per class by booking a ticket via the bookings page.
We will limit the size of the class to a maximum of 6 people to make sure there is time and attention for everyone.
We really welcome all abilities and ages.
