Comedy at The Bill Murray

The Bill Murray is Angel Comedy HQ. A club, pub and hub, open 7 days a week, hosting an eclectic range of the finest comedy around.

WHAT’S ON

The Bill Murray is more than a wonderfully intimate, well proportioned comedy club. It’s also a creative space where comedians can meet, write, rehearse and perform, and where we run comedy courses and comedy projects for our local community. And it’s a lovely pub, serving drinks and snacks every day from 5pm. And of course, there’s comedy…

Following her critically acclaimed 2016, 103 date sell-out international tour; ‘The Kardashians Made Me Do It’ Shazia Mirza announces her brand new stand-up show for 2017.

A show about lies and truth – or is that the same thing? Nudity and The Periodic Table, these things hold the key to the future. How much do you wear? What do you look like, and will they let you in? Oh, and don’t you dare wear more than dental floss on a French beach.

The award-winning comedian Alasdair Beckett-King is legendary, in that there is little historical evidence he exists. But he does exist. His debut solo show opens a cabinet of curiosities, tackling the conundrums of
impending extinction, archaic axioms, emotional repression and vegan flimflam. Come and see it, please.
Winner Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2017.
