Comedy at The Bill Murray

The Bill Murray is Angel Comedy HQ. A club, pub and hub, open 7 days a week, hosting an eclectic range of the finest comedy around.

WHAT’S ON

The Bill Murray is more than a wonderfully intimate, well proportioned comedy club. It’s also a creative space where comedians can meet, write, rehearse and perform, and where we run comedy courses and comedy projects for our local community. And it’s a lovely pub, serving drinks and snacks every day from 5pm. And of course, there’s comedy…

2017 has been a bad year – personally, politically and particularly for sketch trio Princes of Main. Join these beautiful nightmares as they reset the clock, starting with Edinburgh’s biggest, baddest, dumbest New Year’s Eve party. Ever. In August. Ever. Expect general raucousness, lieutenant sketches and admiral fun.

So, is it the magic pill he craves? A funny and moving account of one self-help junkie’s search for happiness. Also an Edinburgh preview. ‘The cardigan, slouch and world-weariness of a young Jeremy Hardy’ (Steve Bennett, Chortle).
